Reggie Carter is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with more than 25 years of leadership experience across government, healthcare, biotechnology, and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) businesses. Throughout his career, he has built and led high-performing organizations, supported customers through periods of growth and change, and helped teams create lasting value through strong relationships, thoughtful leadership, and disciplined execution.
At the heart of Reggie's leadership philosophy is a simple question: How can we better serve our customers? He believes that successful businesses are built by understanding what customers need, doing what you say you will do, and taking pride in making sure customers are taken care of. Growth and financial performance are important, but he believes they are ultimately the result of earning trust, serving customers well, developing people, and consistently doing the little things right.
Reggie believes leadership is both a responsibility and an opportunity. His approach emphasizes humility, accountability, people development, operational excellence, and long-term relationships. He takes pride in building organizations where employees understand their role, customers feel valued, and doing the right thing remains at the center of decision-making.
Two principles that have shaped Reggie's approach to leadership are “Coram Deo, Carpe Diem” — living each day with purpose and accountability — and “To whom much is given, much is required.” He believes that the opportunities and responsibilities entrusted to us should be used to serve others, strengthen the communities around us, and leave things better than we found them.
Reggie's commitment to leadership extends beyond business through service on nonprofit and community boards and mentoring the next generation of business leaders.

Charles Smith is an accomplished operating executive with more than 15 years of leadership experience spanning Fortune 500 companies and the U.S. Army. Throughout his career, he has led teams through complex and demanding environments with a steady focus on people, execution, and getting the job done the right way.
Charles is an operationally focused leader who believes that strong organizations are built by putting the right people in place, creating clarity around expectations, and giving teams the tools and support they need to succeed. His experience includes leading organizations of up to 1,000 personnel in the military, as well as managing logistics, procurement, maintenance, budgeting, and strategic initiatives in the private sector.
His leadership style is grounded in authenticity, teamwork, and follow-through. Charles believes people want to be part of something bigger than themselves and that great leaders earn trust by being present, doing what they say they will do, and standing alongside their teams when challenges arise. He takes pride in developing people, building strong teams, and creating an environment where accountability and continuous improvement become part of the culture.
His service to the United States as a military veteran has deeply shaped his approach to leadership. The values of service, responsibility, teamwork, and commitment that defined his military career continue to guide how he leads today. Charles brings that same sense of purpose to his work, with a genuine desire to serve customers, support his teammates, and help the organizations he works with become stronger.
Charles holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Hampton University, an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas, a Master's in International Relations from the University of Oklahoma, and a Master's in Operational Studies from the Command and General Staff College.
